Langcourt Ltd based in the UK is Europe’s premier provider of cylinder repairs and nickel/silicon carbide plating.

Langcourt Ltd. was established in Banwell (near Weston-Super-Mare) in the South West of England in 1984 to offer a repair service for chrome, nikasil™, and electrofusion™ coated engine cylinder bores. Most of the cylinders that we saw in those early days were from road racing bikes, dirt bikes and gearbox karts. Over the years, we have developed our processes but have kept to our speciality of cylinder plating and repair work. The range of applications has grown, but we have resisted the temptation to get involved in porting, crank rebuilding and other specialised “tuning” work to focus on what we know and understand best!
